Older Dogs (All breeds welcome)

Your adult (K9) has unlimited learning potential.Training helps shape his behavior and is a proactive way to be involved in what he learns because he's learning all the time anyway? Training is the way to communicate with your dog, and it must be done with the idea to enhance your relationship with him. I believe a haphazard approach to training will give you haphazard results. If you want a well trained dog follow a solid training plan that builds on success.

Leave the world of verbal threats and physical corrections behind and say "yes" to positive training.

Important: Effective dog obedience training should be fun for both the dog and human!

Dog obedience classes
offer owners/handlers a safe place to socialize and train their dogs, with the added benefit of professional guidance with problem behaviour - inappropriate behaviours - phobias - aggression - nipping - digging - chewing - jumping up - lead pulling - etc. Dog obedience ... a disobedient dog is not a pleasure (Come when called, Sit, Down, Stand, Stay, Look at me, Body awareness, etc.).

You don't need to wait for a class  to start, you can start any Saturday.
Please ensure that you arrive 10 to 15 minutes before your class starts, it gives you time for a cup of tea or coffee, thus allowing your dog the time to socialize and become calm, so both of you can enjoy the class even more.

Classes are divided in three levels and tracking:
Beginner - 1 hour class
Novice - 1 hour class
Advanced - 1 hour class
Tracking - 1 hour class
The training syllabus is set that handlers work towards a goal and is aligned with competition standards but there is no pressure for the handlers to compete.
